Updating a previous review as now I have had the experience of purchasing a second home as well as selling my first condo with Laura and company. Selling the condo was a breeze, Erica, Laura and the rest of their team with their connections and knowledge were able to get the attention to have an offer that converted to a sale within a week!
Then buying our new house they were also able to help find us a home with everything we wanted even with multiple other offers with their help we were able to get our dream home to raise our new family. Would recommend them to anybody, they have the experience and connections to make your home buying experience top tier.

This might not be common, but we had access to "Office Exclusive" Listings because we were working with Laura. She always made us comfortable and confident with first buying the new house, then selling our present house. Laura has a strong team working together, and there was never a gap in communication.
